Is there any minimum membership period?

It may vary with your membership type. For a monthly subscription membership, it'll be billed in 30 days and it'll be automatically renewed unless you submit us the cancellation request form. For 2 months membership, it'll be billed in 60 days and it'll be automatically renewed unless you submit us the cancellation request form. For 3 months membership, it'll be billed in 90 days and it'll be automatically renewed unless you submit us the cancellation request form.

I can't process my credit card transaction.

Please make sure you filled in all the required fields. Your user ID and password may only consist of alphabet letters and numbers.
Spaces, hyphen (-) and underscores (_) etc. are not accepted. If an error still occurs, please copy the error message and send it to our support team through user support form.

What is the cancellation procedure? When should I do it ?

At PUNYO in the Public Bath, your monthly membership account will be automatically renewed upon its expiry. If you wish to cancel your membership, please submit us the cancellation request form at least 10 days prior to the next renewal day of your membership account.
In case you wish to cancel your membership account, please complete the cancellation request form and click the "cancel" button.
When your membership cancellation application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in your registered e-mail address within 48 hours. Please note that you may continue using our site until your membership term expires, even if you cancelled your membership at the beginning of the term.
